In-Person & Telehealth Counseling

Getting started

I offer hybrid options for therapy to meet your needs and life circumstances. I use SimplePractice as my Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platform.

Steps

  1. Free phone/video consultation
    • Click on “I’M A New Client” and follow the prompts to schedule your free initial consultation. Consultations are usually about 15 minutes. After I receive your consultation request I will approve it and you will receive an email from me with link to our consultation session. You can download the SimpPractice app or continue to use the web platform for our consult. Note: it does not matter if you choose “video office” or “Eupraxia Therapy.”

2. After our consultation and we agree we are a good fit to work together, I will schedule your first appointment. You can choose either in-person or virtual.

3. Before our first appointment complete a brief intake form and agree to practice policies and procedure forms through Simple Practice client portal.
